is available even if you need treatment now
Even
if you know you need treatment now this can still be covered
under the terms of the plan. You will firstly need to arrange
an initial consultation appointment (30 minutes) at which
time your current dental needs can be assessed and costed.
The fee for this appointment will be between £42 and
£85 dependant on the number of x-rays required for diagnosis.
Please be prepared to pay for this consultation at the time
of the appointment. Payment options are set out in “Financial
Policy” elsewhere in this site.
Once
the forms have been completed and you have been accepted onto
the plan, your treatment will be covered by the terms of the
plan as long as you remain a member.
